Featured Chef: Sunny Hatch
Sunny Hatch is a hapa who was raised in Texas by his immigrant Korean mother. Sunny pulls inspiration from his childhood diet of fast food, southern food, and Korean food. Sunny started FRYBABY as another avenue to introduce Korean flavors Portland, OR, and to hopefully inspire folks to seek out more.

Featured Chef: Elise Gold
Elise was born and raised in Flemington, New Jersey to a large Sicilian-American family. She grew up baking Italian cakes, cookies and pastries with her mom and great aunts. After an awe-inspiring trip to Sicily in October 2019, Elise decided to launch Sebastiano's - a sandwich shop and award winning Sicilian bakery in Sellwood.
